I opened up my favorite ftp client, Panic’s Trasmit and couldn’t for the life of me work out how to automate folder syncing. After some googling I still found nothing so I fired off an e-mail to Panic. They came back with the solution which works perfectly Open Automator (located in your Applications folder).
